Foundation

Preparing one large foundation requires fewer working hours than making multiple smaller ones. This approach significantly reduces the overall cost of individual unit foundations.

Centralized utilities

Connecting to water, sewage, and the electrical grid is simplified with one main connection point that distributes utilities to all units. This centralized system is more cost-effective than separate connections for each unit.

Fewer gable walls

With Trio 450, you will eliminate the need to make four gable walls. Those are traditionally one of the most expensive parts of Avrame houses since they accommodate large windows (usually custom-shaped).  Skylights have been cleverly positioned throughout the house so that each room remains filled with natural light, even without the presence of gable wall windows. The separation walls between the units are both soundproof (staggered studs wall construction) and fireproof. 

Land-efficient

Townhouses utilize the land with maximum efficiency. Instead of 5 separate perimeters around each house, you only need 1 around the whole house. There is also a possibility to tailor a townhouse following your land characteristics by combining together differently sized Trio series houses.

Easier to manage

Managing multiple rental units within one structure allows for more efficient property management. It includes tasks such as tenant screening, rent collection, property maintenance, and handling tenant issues. Over time, this efficiency translates to significant savings.

The exterior of the house requires minimal maintenance. It is mostly covered by Ruukki’s steel roof, which has a 50-year technical warranty. Occasional repainting of the exterior cladding is straightforward and quick.
