First in line is Trio 450. The floor plan has been carefully thought through by our experienced architects. This model consists of 5 separate housing units with 3 bedrooms, spacious living room-kitchen areas, and 1,5 bathrooms each. This concept works well with both long-term living and short-term accommodation scenarios.
There is plenty of natural daylight coming in from the large PVC windows on the walls, dormers, and skylights on the roof. Staggered stud walls in the middle of the units provide great sound insulation. This means you are providing a pleasant stay for everyone.

The Avrame Trio series houses have a 300mm insulation cavity, which is perfectly sufficient for creating an energy-efficient space. The doors and windows in the exterior kit have three-layer glass.
