Reduced construction costs

Reduced construction costs

As the summer quietly fades away, it’s time to get back into the swing of things.

What’s new on our end?

This year, our team has poured a significant amount of effort into the development of our exciting new Classic Series. The response from the community has been incredibly warm, and we’re delighted to witness the first wave of customers embarking on their house-building journeys with the new kits. A-frame houses, with their unique architectural appeal, have certain location constraints. However, our Classic Series effectively addresses these limitations.

Affordable kit homes, designed for anyone, anywhere.

In the midst of headlines about rising interest rates, inflation, and the overall state of the economy, it may initially seem prudent to put your project on hold. However, consider this: continuing your project might actually be a financially savvy move.

Building during a time when construction activity tends to slow down, even during the winter months, can result in reduced construction costs. You’ll have a broader selection of contractors to choose from, often offering more competitive pricing. Material costs are holding steady, and there has even been a notable decrease in sea transportation rates. Collectively, these factors can translate into substantial savings.

If you’re financing your project with a loan, it’s worth noting that interest rates won’t remain at their current levels indefinitely. You can explore the option of refinancing your loan when interest rates eventually come down.

We currently have some production slots available for the upcoming autumn-winter season. Don’t hesitate to reach out to our team to secure your slot or to further discuss your plans.
