Turnkey or self-build? Tough question.
The first one offers comfort at a higher cost and second one affordability and feeling of accomplishment.
It really comes down to your self-confidence, skillset and budget.
If you are really busy but making good money and you can afford someone else to manage the build for you then why not. If your budget is tight but you want the most out of your money it is worth to spend more time and manage your own build.
